Trad Punks, as it seems most of you are referring to, are more into the Primitivist Anarchy, and therefor try to create 'chaos' As appose to a Peace Punk, Anarcho-Punk or maybe Folk Punk, who might want to put a flower in their hair. Not all Punk is about being some macho badass, infact most early Punk was a testament against people who thought they could rule others with ego and power.

Alot of Punks of the old era hate GD and say they're wannabe's. But they show all the characteristics of Punk. They stand up for what's right, same for Sum 41. Deryck Whibley was threatened with deportation for his lyrics about George Bush.
