The tradition of biennial exchange visits between Aeroclub Sezanne and Fenland Aeroclub began many years ago as the result of a twinning agreement between the towns of Holbeach and Sezanne in Picardy. This arrangement is kept going largely by the efforts of Mr and Mrs Wilson from Holbeach and Monsieur la President de Aeroclub Sezanne, Albert.

However, they came unstuck in front of judges Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden, who buzzed them off stage before the end of the performance. "It was a great experience, but the judges just didn't understand Fenland humour," said 40-year-old drummer Neil.
