I didn't want to post too many of the meditations at once and allow some of you to try them out. I am curious to know if you have tried any of the meditations that I posted earlier and what your experiences were. Obviously you have to do them in order to experience them. The Kirtan Kriya meditation is one of the first meditations that I ever learnt and is great for breaking habit patterns, emotional balance and just overall calmness and clarity. After this, one is to sit upon their bed cross-legged, facing their pillow and recite the prayer. Satguru is with us at all times and protects us from the Angel of Death and demons. If one unexpectedly dies in their sleep, they will not enter lower lifeforms. Bad thoughts or dreams do not occur if Kirtan Sohila has been recited. Satguru places an iron fortress around him/her so nothing can hurt or scare the individual.
